Call for Artists

The Island Arts Expo 2009 was a great success. Call for Artists to exhibit for EXPO 2010 is now out. Add your name to our mailing list if you wish to be updated on the status of the Expo.

Selected entry to the Island Arts EXPO 2010 will be on July 15th. You will be notified shortly afterwards if you have been accepted. Space is limited, submit your application now! Entry Deadline: July 7th, 2010

We are currently SOLD OUT! You may still apply however you will be placed on the waiting list for this year.

Booths

We have the following booths available. You can view floor plans of the hall and the booth layout. If you are not selected or if we are sold out you will be placed on the waiting list.

• 8 x 15 @ $200. Each (One only)
• 10 x 10 @ $175. Each (13 available)
• 8 x 10 @ $150. Each (8 available)
• 5 x 8 @ $100. Each (2 only)
• HST will be added.

What we are providing:

• Advertising in Island Arts Magazine and The Beacon Magazine starting in June
• Newspaper, radio and TV exposure
• Dedicated web site
• Show guide
• Posters, postcards, handouts
• 30x60" table & chairs
• Power & lights for each booth, and cloth backdrops from Black and White Party Rentals.

Additional Services: (additional charges many apply)

• Give us your email list and we will send multiple reminders on a regular basis
• Printing services for brochures, business cards etc
• Display racks are available (4'x6'h free standing with stands, or need 2 without stands)
